We won again!!!

So far we have done 2 challenges, one against 3J last week and one against 3S this week. On Thursday we versed 3S in a Stage 2 challenge.   There was a brains challenge and two physical challenges.

 We played 10-20-30 and tag n tail for the physical challenges. When we played tag n tail we had to work as a team to get 3Ss tails while 3S had to get our tails. We did a 'free for all' in the second round. In 10-20-30 we also had to work as a team and kick the ball.

We won the sports challenge but unfortunately we lost the brains challenge AGAIN!!

Luckily, we still won overall because we won 2 out of the 3 challenges.

Next time, we will try to win the brains challenge.

Mini games and measurement

We are learning about measuring in mm and cm. We have been using metre rulers, 30cm rulers as well as 30m tape measures. We have made mini sports to measure in a fun way.

Acute Angle Art

In math we have be doing Acute art 

    for a week.We used a pencil, a ruler, black permanent markers as well as paint. Acute angles are less than 90 degrees and obtuse angles are more than 90 degrees.

3N vs 3J

On Friday last week  we practised soccer because   3J are going to verse 3N altogether and they tried to kick the ball.

 On Thursday we won 2 rounds. We played soccer and "10-20-30". We also beat 3J 1-0.  The score was 270 to 180 in "10-20-30".
